Bob was a good friend beginning at Barnum. I think he was my date to the Valentine's dance in 9th grade. We kept in touch by Christmas cards for years. He and his wife, Penny, and three kids lived in Las Vegas where I think he was an architect. One year we decided to trim down our Christmas card list and skipped the Wandels. In early January Bob called and without announcing who he was said, "Are you trying to cut me off?" What a great guy - one of those make you feel good people! So sorry he is gone!

I really wish that Bob was still with us. He always made me smile and feel very special. A blood clot and loss of oxygen took him on 7/25/2006.
